The Companies Office uses a mandatory RealMe® login and user registration process for access to its online services.
To use the Companies Office online services you will need to be logged in as a registered user. For example, if you want to file an annual return, incorporate or register a company, or maintain a company's details you will need to be a registered user.
You can either register as an individual user (where you want to use Companies Office services for your own purposes) or register on behalf of an organisation (for instance if you will be using Companies Office services as part of your job)
Note | You don't need to be a registered user (or logged in) to
search the register.
You can search the registers without logging in, but for all online transactions you must login. Here you can learn more about registering as a user.
Many of our online services are free. Where you are required to pay a fee, you can choose between credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners), debit card payment, direct debit (if you have created a login with a direct debit option with us) or internet banking.
If you have set up a direct debit with the Companies Office you will be invoiced monthly via email for any fees charged to your account.

Your dashboard allows you to keep track of any unfinished business, view the companies you or your organisation has authority over, and watch companies you have an interest in.
