About the register
The Disclose Register contains the registers of offers of financial products (split into debt and equity securities, derivatives and managed investment products) and managed investment schemes (split into managed funds and other managed investment schemes).
You can search for a specific offer or issuer, scheme or manager using quick search, or use advanced search to narrow down your results, for example, if you only want to see KiwiSaver offers or schemes.
Issuers and managers had two years to comply with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act) and transition offers of financial products and managed investment schemes governed under previous legislation to the FMC Act. The transition period ran from 1 December 2014 to 30 November 2016.
Part 7 of the FMC Act introduces new financial reporting requirements and defines "FMC reporting entities". The new requirements came into effect on 1 April 2014, subject to a transitional period for existing schemes and issuers.
