Disclose Register updated – FMC Amendment Regulations 2015
The Disclose Register has been updated to reflect changes that came into effect on 1 June, under the Financial Markets Conduct Amendment Regulations 2015. Specifically, the regulations:
- introduce fund statuses for managed fund offers.
- specify that an annual confirmation notice (and fee) is required where at least one Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) is open for applications on the confirmation date. Supplementary confirmation (and fee) is required when a closed PDS is reopened, or a fund closed to all investment is reopened. Issuers can elect a confirmation notice anniversary.
- require Other Participants to provide details of individuals for Boards of Trustees and Partnerships.
