Investors

The Disclose Register is primarily for managers and issuers to register and maintain schemes and offers under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. As an investor, you can use the Disclose Register to find information online about offers of financial products and managed investment schemes by using the search options.

The Companies Office created the Disclose Register for managers and issuers to register and maintain schemes and offers under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act).

To best meet the intent of the FMC Act for investors, work on a consumer-facing website is underway and due to be completed in 2017.

We’re collaborating with an organisation already engaged in educating and informing investors to launch a website that provides a user-friendly way to search for, and compare, schemes and offers.

In the interim, you can use the Disclose Register to find information about offers of financial products and managed investment schemes by using the search options here.
