Superannuation Schemes Register

How to get information and documents for superannuation and KiwiSaver schemes

Superannuation or KiwiSaver schemes are established principally to provide retirement benefits. A superannuation scheme is a scheme which is not a KiwiSaver scheme, but is established principally to provide retirement benefits, and is registered under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act).

On 1 December 2014, the Disclose Register was established for all offers of financial products and managed investment schemes made under the FMC Act. As of 1 December 2016, issuers and managers of financial products and managed investment schemes operate under the FMC Act.

Offers and schemes are now registered on the Disclose Register.

How to search for offers and schemes

Search the Disclose Register for information on current offers and schemes.
