Keeping building society details up to date
Once your building society is registered with the Companies Office, you need to keep its details up to date on the register.
- Updating officers' details You must let us know of changes to your officers within one month of the change.
- Updating addresses You must let us know of any changes to contact details or your society’s official addresses.
- Updating your name or rules You must register any changes to your building society’s rules, including name changes.
