Updating trustees’ details

How to advise us of changes

You must let us know if any of the trustees, or their details, change by updating the register within 14 days of the change.

How to change these details online

You will need:

  • a RealMe® login, and
  • confirmed authority with us to update this friendly society.

If it is your first time updating details for a friendly society, you will be prompted for information to set up an online account with us.

Accessing the register using RealMe and confirming your authority with us

Step by step

  1. Log in using your RealMe login.
  2. Select 'Authorities' from the menu.
  3. Choose your friendly society from the list.
  4. Select ‘Edit Entity’.
  5. Update the trustee details that have changed (Officer details).
    1. Add new trustees
    2. Remove trustees, or
    3. Edit a trustee’s address details.
  6. Submit your change.
Update a society

The register will be updated immediately with the changes you have submitted.
