Cancelling your screen industry organisation registration

When the Registrar cancels your registration

The Registrar of Screen Industry Workers can cancel your organisation’s registration if:

  1. You send us an application for cancellation, or
  2. The Employment Relations Authority (ERA) directs the Registrar to cancel your registration.

Applying for cancellation

If your organisation should no longer be registered as a Screen Industry Organisation you can send us an application to cancel your registration.

What happens next

Once we've processed your application we will remove your organisation from the list of registered screen industry organisations.

Cancellation directed by the ERA

If your organisation ceases to meet the relevant requirements for registration as a screen industry organisation, the Employment Relations Authority (ERA) can make an order directing the Registrar to cancel your registration.

If we receive such an order, we will remove your organisation from the list of registered screen industry organisations.
