Keeping friendly society details up to date
Once your friendly society is registered with the Companies Office, you need to keep its details up to date on the register.
- Updating your society’s contact details You need to let us know of any changes to contact details for your friendly society.
- Updating your society’s rules, name or registered office You must register any changes to your friendly society’s rules, including changes to its name or registered office.
- Updating trustees’ details You must let us know of any changes to your friendly society's trustees within 14 days of the change.
