Our new online system is live

As part of a broader technology upgrade project, we have moved the Approved Overseas Auditors and Associations of Accountants Register to a new and improved online platform. This change is designed to modernise our registers and improve your experience.

What has changed

You now upload your annual reports online.

Check you have a RealMe® login

We will set up your online account for you. But to access your online account, you must have a RealMe® login (you do not need to have a RealMe verified identity). If you have a RealMe login that you have used elsewhere (for example, to access other Companies Office services) you can use that here too.

RealMe is designed to protect your privacy and is a service used by many government departments in New Zealand.

Existing customers

We will set up online accounts for all existing approved auditors on this register. Once that is done we will email you with your new login details and instructions on how to access the platform. You should receive that email within the next few days. If you have not received your email, please email us at AuditorsRegister@mbie.govt.nz.

When we add you to the register as an approved overseas auditor, we will also set up your online account. We will email you with your login details and instructions on how to access the register.
